I'm fundraising for LauraLynn by running 50 miles!
This June, I’m running 50 miles to raise funds for LauraLynn, Ireland’s only Children’s Hospice. I’m taking on this challenge for children with life-limiting conditions, and their families, and would be grateful for your support.
Your donation, big or small, will help to ensure that children and their families receive the care they need at all stages of their journey - from provision of specialist therapies, short breaks, to end-of-life care and bereavement support.
Support my challenge and help make the most of short and precious lives.
Thank you!

Back Running After Rolling My Ankle
Saturday 7th Jun I have been running again (last run before June was May 30th with a 22km trail run). I rolled my ankle on some stairs while holding heavy objects. I tried running on Thursday and didn't feel good with a lot of ankle pain and foot arch pain. Today, I ran about 10km in total (3 different runs) and feel like I am back to running form and fitness. No running untill Monday probably. I am still on pace for the 50 miles thankfully. Already have run more this week than I did in half of May. So, I shouldn't feel as bothered by my injury disrupting my running when I am already on pace to beat the distance total of May. Thank you, Andy for donating! Share
