How do I sign up?
To sign up, please register here. When you register, your fundraising page will be automatically set up for you.
Is there a fundraising target?
We have no minimum or maximum amount that we would like you to raise. From our point of view, no matter how much money you raise, it will go towards supporting our cause.
Do I have to fundraise to take part in the challenge?
Yes, this event is a fundraising challenge. Every euro raised will support our cause. Every donation makes a difference!
Getting Started
Is there an entry fee?
There is no entry fee for this challenge but we do however ask you to fundraise as part of your challenge.
Using the fundraising page set up for you when you register is the easiest way to collect sponsorship.
The Cause
What are we fundraising for?
LauraLynn is Ireland's only Children's Hospice providing hospice and palliative care and support for children with life limiting conditions and their families from all across Ireland. Since opening in 2011, LauraLynn has supported 948 families.
Registration
When will I get my fundraising pack?
You should receive your pack within 10 working days of signing up. If you don't, please email challenges@lauralynn.ie and we can look into this for you.
General
How can I encourage donations on my online fundraiser?
- Share your Fundraising page loud and proud, you’re doing something amazing so make sure to let everyone know.
- Tell your story, let friends and family know why you’re supporting our cause and why their support would mean the world to you.
- Use our Challenge graphics and share them on your fundraising page.
- If you are already registered, you can get started within your dashboard straight away.
When and where is the challenge?
This is a virtual challenge for everyone so you can do this at the best time for you. You can do this together with your friends and family too.

Q: Can you tell us about your pop-up fundraiser and what you sold or did?
Blossom (8)-We made cakes and loom band brackets. Our nanas neighbour also helped by baking cakes and Dunnes Stores were so kind and donated some to us too.
Autumn (4)-We made chocolate marshmallows and rice crispies and muffins and
fairy buns and people gave us money
Q:What was your favourite part of raising money for LauraLynn?
Blossom (8)- I loved doing it with my cousin and friends.
