This November, I’m taking part in the November Press Up challenge to raise funds for LauraLynn, Ireland’s only Children’s Hospice. I’m taking on this challenge for children with life-limiting conditions, and their families, and would be grateful for your support.

Your donation, big or small, will help to ensure that children and their families receive the care they need at all stages of their journey - from provision of specialist therapies, short breaks, to end-of-life care and bereavement support.

I'm Cian, I'm a paediatric specialist registrar in Dublin and see first hand the great work Laura Lynn do. 
I'm raising money for LauraLynn this November with a press-up challenge. I'll be doing 50 press-ups a day to complete at least 1500 this month. Any donations are most welcome.
