Adrian's reason why:
"I participated in the 100 Press Ups a day challenge for LauraLynn in 2024. It was my first time doing it and I would strongly reccomend it to anyone looking for something that will challenge themselves physically and test their motivation over the dark month of November. Despite the bit of muscle ache at the start, there was a great sense of cameraderie & team spirit among the participants online which made the challenge more fun and we motivated each other to keep going. Great benefits to improve your upper body strength & fitness all while coming together to raise money for the children and families at LauraLynn"

Why?
By fundraising for LauraLynn, you’ll help us to provide specialist palliative and supportive care services, free of charge, to children with life-limiting conditions, and their families.

By taking part in the November Press Up Challenge you’ll help ensure that children and their families have the care and support they need at all stages of their journey.
