This November, I’m taking part in the November Press Up challenge to raise funds for LauraLynn, Ireland’s only Children’s Hospice. I’m taking on this challenge for children with life-limiting conditions, and their families, and would be grateful for your support.

Your donation, big or small, will help to ensure that children and their families receive the care they need at all stages of their journey - from provision of specialist therapies, short breaks, to end-of-life care and bereavement support.

As a father of 3 amazing kids, for me the true definition of a living nightmare would be having to face the reality of looking at my child each and every day knowing that I will more than likely outlive them and not be able to change that no matter how much it pains. The people at LauraLynn offer something none of us ever want to receive from them, and yet they are always available for all they can reach... HELP ME TO HELP THEM REACH ALL WHO NEED THEM.... Because I couldn't do what they do each and every day x 💙🙏❤️💪
