I'm fundraising for LauraLynn by taking part in the Press Up Challenge this November

This November, I’m taking part in the November Press Up challenge to raise funds for LauraLynn, Ireland’s only Children’s Hospice. I’m taking on this challenge for children with life-limiting conditions, and their families, and would be grateful for your support.

Your donation, big or small, will help to ensure that children and their families receive the care they need at all stages of their journey - from provision of specialist therapies, short breaks, to end-of-life care and bereavement support.

Every Push-Up Counts – Join Me This November for LauraLynn

Monday 27th Oct
Starting November 1st, I’ll be doing 3,000 push-ups in 30 days to raise €500 for LauraLynn Children’s Hospice.

That’s 100 push-ups a day — every single day — to support the amazing work LauraLynn does for children and families across Ireland.

Why am I doing this?
Because I believe small actions add up. Because every push-up can help raise awareness and funds for a charity that gives comfort and care when it’s needed most.

Throughout November, I’ll:

Post daily updates on my progress

Share videos on YouTube of every session

Keep a running total of push-ups and donations


You can follow along, comment, or even join in by doing your own daily push-ups at home.
