This November, I’m taking part in the November Press Up challenge to raise funds for LauraLynn, Ireland’s only Children’s Hospice. I’m taking on this challenge for children with life-limiting conditions, and their families, and would be grateful for your support.

Press Up Challenge for Laura Lynn
Saturday 1st NovThis November, I’ve set myself a personal challenge — 100 press-ups every single day for the entire month of November — all in support of LauraLynn Children’s Hospice here in Ireland.
LauraLynn does incredible work providing care and support to children with life-limiting conditions and their families. Taking on this challenge is my small way of giving back and raising awareness for such an important cause.
It definitely won’t be easy — there will be days when my arms are burning and the motivation dips — but I will be remembering who I’m doing this for keeps me going. Every press-up is a reminder of the strength and courage shown by the children and families supported by LauraLynn.
